(1) din Legea nr. 53\/2003 \u2013 Codul muncii (\u2026), \u00een cazul reducerii temporare a timpului de munc\u0103, determinat\u0103 de instituirea st\u0103rii de urgen\u021b\u0103\/ alert\u0103\/ asediu, \u00een condi\u021biile legii, pe perioada st\u0103rii de urgen\u021b\u0103\/ alert\u0103\/ asediu, precum \u0219i pe o perioad\u0103 de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 3 luni de la data \u00eencet\u0103rii ultimei perioade \u00een care a fost instituit\u0103 starea de urgen\u021b\u0103\/ alert\u0103\/ asediu, angajatorii au posibilitatea reducerii timpului de munc\u0103 a salaria\u021bilor cu cel mult 80% din durata zilnic\u0103, s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal\u0103 sau lunar\u0103 prev\u0103zut\u0103 \u00een contractul individual de munc\u0103\u201d, se men\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u00een actul normativ.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ugb-highlight\">Acolo unde exist\u0103 organiza\u021bii sindicale \u00eendrept\u0103\u021bite s\u0103 negocieze contract colectiv la nivel de unitate sau reprezentan\u021bi ai salaria\u021bilor, m\u0103sura de reducere a timpului de munc\u0103 se ia de angajator cu acordul organiza\u021biei sindicale \u00eendrept\u0103\u021bite s\u0103 negocieze contractul colectiv ori, \u00een cazul \u00een care aceasta nu exist\u0103, cu reprezentan\u021bii salaria\u021bilor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ugb-highlight\">Citi\u021bi mai multe \u00een\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceccarbusinessmagazine.ro\/a-fost-promulgata-legea-prin-care-angajatorii-pot-reduce-timpul-de-munca-al-salariatilor-cu-pana-la-80-pe-perioada-starii-de-urgenta-sau-de-alerta-s11363\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CECCAR Business Magazine<\/a><\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><div id=\"column-69e37ea87ecb2\" class=\"fw-col-sm-4 tf-sh-f9f9b3ff4a6fe8bada046201b21ba6e5\" >\n\t<div class=\"fw-wrap-col-inner clearfix  \"   >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"fw-col-inner\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\n\t\t<div class=\"fw-block-image-parent  \"  style=\"width: 100%; \">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"fw-block-image-child fw-ratio-4-3 fw-ratio-container\">\n\t\t\t\t<noscript itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\" itemprop=\"image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ceccarprahova.ro\/ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/156561556_l-1024x683.jpg\"  alt=\"Modern team meeting, group work and social distancing.
