Prin proiect se propun actualizarea \u0219i corelarea actelor normative de modificare \u0219i completare a Legii nr.416\/2001, \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te:\u00a0<strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/13.0.1\/svg\/25aa.svg\" alt=\"\u25aa\" \/><\/strong>\u00a0men\u021binerea acord\u0103rii ajutorului social pentru o perioad\u0103 de 6 luni de la data \u00eencadr\u0103rii \u00een munc\u0103 a unei persoane apte de munc\u0103 din familia beneficiar\u0103 de ajutor social, cu condi\u021bia \u00eencheierii unui raport de munc\u0103\/raport de serviciu pentru o perioad\u0103 de cel pu\u021bin 24 luni;\u00a0<strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/13.0.1\/svg\/25aa.svg\" alt=\"\u25aa\" \/>\u00a0<\/strong>actualizarea, potrivit legii, a veniturilor exceptate de la stabilirea venitului net lunar al familiei sau, dup\u0103 caz, a persoanei singure, pentru stabilirea dreptului la ajutor social;\u00a0<strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/13.0.1\/svg\/25aa.svg\" alt=\"\u25aa\" \/>\u00a0<\/strong>stabilirea procedurii de decontare a cheltuielilor de transport asigurate de autorit\u0103\u021bile administra\u021biei publice locale pentru persoanele apte de munc\u0103 beneficiare de ajutor social care urmeaz\u0103 cursurile programului \u201eA doua \u0219ans\u0103\u201d la o distan\u021b\u0103 mai mare de 5 km fa\u021b\u0103 de locuin\u021ba acestora;\u00a0<strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/13.0.1\/svg\/25aa.svg\" alt=\"\u25aa\" \/>\u00a0<\/strong>eliminarea prevederilor referitoare la plata contribu\u021biei individuale de asigur\u0103ri sociale de s\u0103n\u0103tate pentru beneficiarii de ajutor social;\u00a0<strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/13.0.1\/svg\/25aa.svg\" alt=\"\u25aa\" \/>\u00a0<\/strong>acordarea ajutoarelor de urgen\u021b\u0103 de la bugetul de stat \u0219i de la bugetul local \u0219i pentru situa\u021bii de necesitate cauzate epidemii, epizootii;\u00a0<strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/13.0.1\/svg\/25aa.svg\" alt=\"\u25aa\" \/>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea procedurii de acordare a ajutoarelor de urgen\u021b\u0103 de la bugetul de stat \u00een sensul verific\u0103rii \u0219i efectu\u0103rii anchetei sociale la domiciliul solicitan\u021bilor, precum \u0219i facilitarea circuitului documentelor;\u00a0<strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/13.0.1\/svg\/25aa.svg\" alt=\"\u25aa\" \/>\u00a0<\/strong>acordarea ajutoarelor de urgen\u021b\u0103 de la bugetul local \u0219i pentru situa\u021bii de necesitate cauzate de epidemii, epizootii, precum \u0219i \u00een alte situa\u021bii deosebite care pot duce la apari\u021bia sau sporirea riscului de excluziune social\u0103, inclusiv \u00een caz de deces \u00een \u021bar\u0103 sau \u00een str\u0103in\u0103tate, stabilite prin hot\u0103r\u00e2re a consiliului local, care va cuprinde \u0219i procedura \u0219i\/sau condi\u021biile de acordare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"stk-highlight\">De asemenea, se propune revizuirea \u0219i modificarea Listei bunurilor ce conduc la excluderea acord\u0103rii ajutorului social pentru facilitarea \u00een mai mare m\u0103sur\u0103 a accesului la beneficiile de asisten\u021b\u0103 social\u0103 bazate pe testarea veniturilor.
